At the DAAT, we welcome your comments and any feedback you would like to give us regarding drug and alcohol services in the area.

You are welcome to express any views you have here, whether they require a response or not. If they do require a response, you will receive one. All comments you make here will be confidential, and your privacy will be respected.

Comments will be used to improve service delivery and taken on board when planning developing services.

The DAAT support team have the responsibility for responding to you and acting upon what we are sent. All comments and complaints will be taken seriously, though we would discourage you from making comments about individual members of staff you have come across via this form. There are more appropriate ways to do this, and if you do have a complaint that relates to a specific agency or body, we would advise you to contact them directly, as they will have a procedure to follow regarding complaints.
