The Cambridgeshire DAAT Office is hosted by Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC), the DAAT strategic direction is set by the DAAT Executive Board, which is serviced by the DAAT co-ordinator(s).  Membership of the board includes senior leads from CCC (Assistant Chief Executive, Children and Young People’s Services, Adult Social Care Services), Cambridgeshire Primary Care Trust (PCT), Probation Service, Cambridgeshire Constabulary, National Treatment Agency (NTA), Community Safety partnership, Housing, Prison Service and Public Health.

The DAAT is the strategic body through which the local drug strategy and Alcohol Strategy are decided and actioned. Each year an Annual Plan is produced, which sets out the county drug policy and targets for the year.
